Travel with Karl & Noi
Thailand is where we live part of the year, and you’re warmly invited to join us. You’ll even visit our home and meet our family and neighbors. Your journey begins with wellness, self-care, and a heartfelt Thai welcome—time to relax, recharge, and truly feel at home after your travels.
We love traveling with friends, and that spirit shapes every trip we host. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be embraced with Thai hospitality and a deep sense of community. Together, we’ll explore charming towns like Doi Saket and Wang Nuea, experience the timeless artistic beauty of Chiang Rai, and stand in awe at the famous Golden Triangle, where Thailand meets Myanmar and Laos along the majestic Mekong River.
Each day offers a thoughtful balance of adventure and ease. Imagine unhurried mornings, afternoons wandering vibrant markets, and moments spent exploring ancient temples rich with history. Evenings invite you to unwind in beautiful four-star resorts or indulge in a soothing massage — well-deserved wellness at its finest.
What unfolds next is more than a schedule — it’s a shared journey shaped by service, connection, and the people you will meet along the way.
Itinerary
-
Land softly in Thailand and settle into a welcoming wellness sanctuary designed for rest and renewal. The first days are intentionally spacious — time to recover from travel, enjoy the spa, float in the pool, and let your body and breath arrive before the journey truly begins.
This is not rushing.
This is arriving. -
SLF-CARE: A full morning for spa treatments, early swim, or enjoy relaxing or sleeping in.
Then share a meaningful afternoon at a girls’ orphanage supported by our SEVA projects.
This is not about fixing or helping — it’s about showing up. Spending time, laughter, creativity, and presence. Its a very special day.
The evening closes with reflection at a forest temple and a community circle to integrate the experience.
-
Walk with giants at the Elephant Nature Park, an internationally respected sanctuary reshaping how elephants are treated in Thailand.
This experience centers on observation, respect, and ethical connection — not performance. The Nature Park is a true highlight of the trip and wonderful part of our SEVA contributions.
-
Travel north through the countryside, pausing to soak your feet in natural hot springs before arriving at our friends in Wang Nuea. A community that will touch your heart. The Wang Nuea Disability Center
Here, service looks like joy — shared meals, music, celebration, and honoring the dignity and gifts of every person. The day ends overlooking the Kok River in Chiang Rai.
-
Visit the radiant White Temple, one of Thailand’s most iconic works of spiritual art. Pay respects at the towering Goddess Guanyin temple, supporting its orphanage, school, and free medical care programs.
In the evening, wander night markets, enjoy local performances, and feel the vibrant rhythm of northern Thailand.
-
Stand at the meeting point of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar. Visit the cave where the world united to rescue twelve boys and their coach — a powerful reminder of global compassion and cooperation.
The day concludes with a river experience and a festive evening celebration.
-
Travel to the ancient Old City. Enjoy tea, quiet moments, and heat chanting with monks just steps from our boutique hotel — a grounding experience many guests describe as deeply moving.
Explore the Old City like a local.
-
Explore Doi Suthep, the Golden Temple overlooking Chiang Mai. It is said that you have not yet been to Chiang Mai, until you have been to Doi Suthep. 700 year old Temple on the mountain where all set there sights.

The evening celebrates northern Thai culture with a traditional Lanna Celebration Banquet. Time to dress up!
-
You’re invited to a homemade Thai brunch at our home in the village. A special visit by the local primary school supported through our SEVA projects — including scholarships and traditional music education. You’ll meet the family and our neighbors.

How This Trip Came to Be
Thailand is part of our everyday life, not just a destination on a map. Over the years, through friendships, family ties, and time spent here, this journey slowly took shape — not as a tour, but as a way of sharing the Thailand we know and love.
We designed this trip to feel unhurried and personal. It begins with time to settle in, rest, and adjust, then gently unfolds into experiences that balance culture, connection, and care — for yourself and for the places you visit.
At its heart is SEVA, which simply means giving back in a natural, respectful way. By traveling with us, a portion of your trip supports local communities we’re connected to, and we spend meaningful time with people and organizations that have become part of our lives here. There’s no expectation to perform or participate in any specific way — just showing up with openness is enough.
You’ll explore Northern Thailand beyond the usual highlights, moving through villages, markets, and historic places at a comfortable pace. One of our favorite days is welcoming you into our village home, sharing a meal with family and neighbors, and experiencing Thai hospitality as it’s lived day to day — simple, warm, and real.
For those who wish to stay a little longer, the Village Experience offers a slower rhythm: riverside living, home-cooked meals, massage, a hands-on cooking class, village time, and a local Loy Krathong New Beginnings evening — a reflective tradition rooted in community and renewal.
This trip wasn’t created to impress.
It came together naturally — through relationships, shared meals, and time — and we’re grateful to open it to you.
— Karl & Noi
