I understand that 10% of the tour price is being donated to support communities in Thailand and organizations I will visit on my tour.
NORTHERN THAILAND TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
ACCOMMODATIONS 11 days/10 nights as listed below. Tour Price is per person and includes accommodations at deluxe hotels based on double occupancy.

Travel and Health Insurance
Any rate increases in entrance fees, tickets, that may result in additional charges to Guest. Any rate changes will be communicated to Guest if, and when, we are apprised.
DEPOSIT
A $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon sign-up and holds your space. *Purchase Travel and Health Insurance to protect your traveling investment.
TOUR PRICE
$4,995.00 per person covers the complete land package as indicated in the itinerary, based on Double Occupancy
PAYMENT OPTIONS: PAY IN FULL $4,995.00
...or after $1,500 deposit, BALANCE: 1 payment of $3,495.00 due no later than JULY 15, 2024 (a reminder email will be sent out prior to payment due date).

PAYMENT
$1595.00 per person Extension price, based on double occupancy. Single Occupancy is additional $495.00.
If You elect to join this extension, Tour Price will be amended and we must have payment in full before July 15.
This Extension is based on a minimum of 12 guests, and price may increase slightly if fewer guests attend.
HOW TO PAY
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. (2.9% is added to cover credit card charges)
Payments may also be made with personal checks, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, or Zelle. If You are planning on using any of these methods, please contact our office to make arrangements. office@karlanthony.com
*If You sign up after August 15, if space is available, You must pay in full at time of booking, except for add-ons such as extra nights’ accommodations. Flights may increase if You delay booking. *Departure taxes, security and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
*Karl Anthony Music strongly encourages Guest to purchase Travel Insurance to secure your investment and protect your health. *Ask your insurance agent for the right policy for you. Travel Insurance should be purchased as soon as possible after booking your trip.
Important: If Guest wants “cancel for any reason” travel insurance, Guest MUST purchase it within 15 days of receipt of Deposit. If Guest does NOT obtain travel insurance on their own, Guest must sign a waiver indicating this.
CANCELLATION: The reason to purchase Travel Insurance
$1500 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION
Refunds due to cancellation:
Guests cancelling prior to April 15, 2024, receive a full refund of Tour Cost paid, less the initial $1500.00 deposit.
Guests cancelling prior to June 15, 2024, receive a 50% refund of Tour Cost paid, less the initial $1500.00 deposit.
Guests cancelling on or after August 15, 2024, no refund shall be issued.
COVID or other issues outside of Karl Anthony Music Control: If Tour postponement becomes necessary due to Pandemic travel restrictions or any other reasons outside the control of Karl Anthony Music, Guest shall receive a full credit for rescheduled tour date.
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY/ROOMMATES/SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS
Tour Price is per person, based upon double occupancy.
You are encouraged to sign-up with a roommate. Karl Anthony Music will provide roommates, upon request, and when possible. If no roommate is available when the tour closes 75 days before travel, Guest may be required to pay a single supplement, so Guests are strongly encouraged to sign up early or with their own roommates.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
Karl Anthony Music is happy to review your itinerary prior to purchase on a complimentary basis. Guest is responsible for flight management, seat assignments, check-in, transit to departing airport, documentation, and potential COVID-19 test requirements. Guest solely responsible for all aspects of arranging for their international flight.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
PASSPORT: Guest is required to have a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the date of arrival. You must renew before Tour. NOTE: This rule is enforced by the Thailand Government.
VISA: U.S. citizen tourists entering Thailand for fewer than 30 days do not require a visa.
BAGGAGE
Please check with your international airline for specifics on the size and weight of your allowed baggage. In-country domestic flights limit your luggage to one piece (maximum of 44 pounds), and one carry-on that fits under the seat, (maximum 11 pounds).
UNDERSTANDING
Guest understands that Karl Anthony Music is not a travel agency, insurer, or tour company and does not provide travel insurance or provide any insurance coverage for Guest or Tour. Guest shall not rely on any representations and/or opinions offered by Karl Anthony Music. It is the Guest’s responsibility to review and thoroughly understand the insurance coverage they purchase. Guest understands that medical expenses/and or cancellation relating to COVID or other Pandemic Outbreaks may not be covered, per the insurance policy, and that these changes may alter without notice and through no control of Karl Anthony Music.
MEDICAL CARE
Guest acknowledges some locations, destinations or regions of Tour may be remote or have nonexistent or inadequate medical care available. Traveler attests they have either travel/medical insurance or adequate financial resources for any medical care required on Tour.
AUDIO, VIDEO & IMAGE RELEASE
Guest release and give permission to Karl Anthony Music to use audio, photos and videos, taken on the trip. This grants permission for guests image and likeness, in any format and in any images you share with the group, to be used for commercial and promotional use. *All participants of the tour need to ask for written consent before using photos and video for commercial and promotional use.
INDEMNITY
Guest agrees to hold Karl Anthony Music harmless for any financial loss, penalties or fees associated with, and not limited to: travel restrictions, entry denial or delays, illness, death, quarantine rules or directives, proof of recent testing results or on-the-spot testing related to a Pandemic, mandatory mask wearing, social distancing measures, event/itinerary cancellation or modification, interruption of services of suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, excursion and tour providers, and denial of insurance claim as it relates to Pandemic or any other claim under the policy. Guest further agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “chargeback” against Karl Anthony Music for any penalties or fees.
RESPONSIBILITY
Karl Anthony Music has planned the Tour set forth in this Booking Agreement. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees, or servants of, or joint venturers with Karl Anthony Music. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission, and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: (a) the act or omission on the part of company or any person including but not limited to Karl Anthony Music or any acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Karl Anthony Music direct control.
No person, other than a representative of Karl Anthony Music, unless authorized in writing, may vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this Booking Agreement.
AFFILIATION
Karl Anthony Music is simply Karl Anthony & Noi Brizendine providing service travel experiences for travelers, friends, family.
NOTICE
Written notice of any claim against Karl Anthony Music must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the conclusion of the Tour. Karl Anthony Music address: PO Box 130296, Carlsbad, CA 92013.
Although every effort will be made to deliver the Tour exactly as listed in the Booking Agreement, all terms, and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations, hotels, cruises, and rates are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to ensure the price stays the same, but should international currency fluctuate significantly, it may become necessary to pass on that cost to You, the Guest. If this happens, You will receive as much advance notice as possible.
CONTRACT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By signing this Booking Agreement and filling out the Thailand SEVA Trip Form, Guest agrees they have read, understood, and accept to abide by all the Terms and Conditions outlined above. I acknowledge being fully informed about the details of this Tour and of the cancellation policy.
